TAF Suite is the workspace where The Automation Firm’s customers run the products they license from us. The iOS app covers the CRM: the facilities your team calls on, the contacts at each one, the route for the day, and the visit notes your representatives write in the field.
Access is by invitation from your organization’s administrator. There is no public sign-up.
Sign-in requires an invitation. If you have not received one, ask your organization’s administrator to send it, or email us and we will check whether your account is provisioned. Invitation links expire, so an old one may need to be reissued.
Your account exists but has not been added to an organization yet. Email us with your organization name and we will connect it.
Check your network connection first. The app holds unsent visit notes as drafts, so nothing you have typed is lost while you are offline. If a screen is still empty on a good connection, email us with the screen name.
Both are optional and controlled in the iOS Settings app under TAF Suite. Location is used only to center the map on where you are, and every screen works without it.
